In this 4-week introduction to Meditation you will explore a seated practice where your mind will rest in techniques of breath and body. You will gain great confidence in being able to practice at home and expand your sense of space in your mind and perceptions. This Part 1 is the first half of an 8 week course. It has been broken into 2 parts at this time. Part 2 will be run later in the year or early in 2020.
In this course you will learn
How to meditate
The benefits of mediation to the health of your body and mind
The links between mediation, neuroscience and neuroplasticity
Experience the importance of ‘stillness’ and ‘spaciousness’
Learn about the impact of an over thinking mind.
This course requires a minimum of 5 participants to go ahead. If you book and the course is not able to go ahead we will refund you in full.
