Come join Mary’s second and last Intro course of Qigong for 2019. Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and gentle movement exercises and integrates easily into daily life.
It is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and practices.
OpenSky Qigong is designed to suit people living in our modern era helping you relax, re-centre, and bring a sense of balance and vitality to your mind and body.
During this eight-week course you will be gently guided through graceful movements and stillness exercises to increase energy and blood flow and restore balance and wellbeing to Body, Mind and Spirit.
